Jason was born and raised in Amarillo and is a graduate of Amarillo High School and West Texas A&M University. After completing post baccalaureate training in biomedical sciences at the University of Texas at Dallas, Jason earned a Master of Science degree in PA studies at Bethel University in Tennessee and is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. Jason has over ten years of experience in ophthalmology with special interest in cataract surgery, diabetes, glaucoma, corneal disease, and dry eye disease. In his free time, he enjoys writing poetry, cooking, smoking meat, and traveling with his wife, Ashley.
